A $9.99 was charged to my T-Mobile phone account for the month of August in the name of SnapSMS LLC. I have no idea who or what this service is which I never requested. I did contact T-Mobile customer service to ask about this charge. They told me that they would remove this service but I would not receive a credit for it until the service agrees. I feel that I should not have to pay for this service which I never request and that T-mobile should not hold me responsible for the payment. I hope that I will find a credit for this $9.99 charge on my October T-Mobile bill.
