Renew your contract and get 4 bad phones you can pay fo

August I was eligible for an upgrade, provided I renew my contract with t-mobile. I was sent a Nokia Neuron phone which lost it's battery withing an hour, after been charged the whole night. T mobile allowed me to return the device and sent me a different phone, just without the features I was promised by the Customer service "specialist". I returned this one within the "customer remorse" period, and received another nokia, which had the right features, yet, the battery did the same - ran out within an hour. The devices also get very hot. Now, the customer service specialist suggested to replace the battery, and see, may be it was a bad battery. But, the new battery does the same and runs out within an hour. Now, t-mobile says they would be happy to send me a new phone for the full price of a new phone. Hello, who needs a new phone if you would send me a phone that is not damaged in the first place?"Customer remorse" period? Who suggested instead of replacing my phone to "try" it with a new battery, "and then we'll see". Yes, I do see. Now, if you cancel the contract, we will transfer you to collection, because you will have to pay $200 for braking the contract. But, doesn't the contract obligates T-mobile as well? If I sign up for a new phone, is the phone good only for two weeks, yet the contract holds me liable for two years? Isn't that a ripoff? I can, as they say, BUY A NEW phone from them for full price.
What a scam?! Be careful with T-Mobile, they are sooooooo sweet on the phone but... You get ripped. Also, try to avoid the neuron, it has too much on it's plate to handle. If t-mobile reads this report, please, do not try to "correct your wrong". You are wrong and I don't want to work with you. I am not sure the address above is the specific address I received that wonderful or better awful service, but, t-mobile is t-mobile, and it is dishonest.
