There is no Battery Backup

We have purchased the Mobile on 23rd Mar 11. From beginning after a overnight charging of battery the mobile would be on only for 6 hours with a minimal usage. On Apr 13th The mobile was lasting only for 2 hours and it was getting Heated up. When visited Nokia care they said it is an IC Problem and they have replaced Keypad IC, from then Mobile is not getting On only.
