Unprofessional

When I called to report damage done to my car by a tow truck, I was told by a rude employee that I didn't make any sense. I then spoke to a man who did not identify himself as the manager, then lied to me, saying that he would talk to the manager and call me back, which never happened. When I called the next day he denied saying that he would talk to the manager and also denied saying he would return my call. Later in the conversation he claimed he was about to call me. Every member of staff that I spoke to was very unprofessional and rude.
