Price gouged, Ran up our Electricity, Took property from our residence

SerPro was called to clean up our home after we had storm damage. Upon receiving their estimate, the pricing was outrageous, the house was small and they charged us 700.00 to dry out our bathroom that all that was left in there was cement walls and studs. They charged us 200.00 to move a toilet 13ft, all they did was unscrew the toilet and put it in the garage. They charged us 800.00 to dry out a pool room that was made of cement, no carpet no flooring the whole room is cement with a pool in it. They also took tools out of our garage and big standing cabinate in our kitchen that the insurance specifically told them to put back.

Our insurance even went through their summary and highlighted the things that we were so overcharged for. He even told me on the phone that he would go through and adjust his estimate and now he said that because the insurance paid the check he will not change anything. This man is so dishonest and when the insurance was there, they put on hazmac suits and gas masks to remove the ceiling. The next day did the same work and put no equiptment on then. Funy they needed when the adjuster was there.
