Merry Maids
What a rip off!

This was the worst experience ever. I hired Merry Maids to come clean my home and was charged $180 for them to basically clean my shower. I left specific instructions to start with my bathroom and kitchen because they needed the most work, then to move into the family room, bedrooms and if there was time to go into the rec room.

The only thing in my bathroom was left clean was my shower. The floors were still dirty. The base of the toilet was not even touched and the toilet seat was also left dirty. The floors in my kitchen were not fully cleaned, there were crumbs left behind on my counter tops, sink faucet was left uncleaned. Their website claims to say they wipe down the surfaces of large appliances but they didn't - my refrigerator and stove were not cleaned.in the family room, my tv stand was partially cleaned.instead of removing a painting that I have sitting in my bookshelf, they cleaned around it and didn't even bother to clean the actual shelves. My end table and the leather around my couches were also ignored and forget about the bedrooms and rec room. I sent several emails the same day of the cleaning and received a phone call the next day.instead of being offered the Merry Maids guarantee where they come back and clean what I thought was left unsatisfactory, I was told I needed to sign a biweekly contract and only then would I be able to see what kind of work they really do. I knew that my bathroom and kitchen needed the most work which is why they were instructed to start there. Between 3 people, 2 hours and being charged $180, there is NO my home should have been left in the condition it was left in. They are a total rip off.
