Charged me multiple times for one question and unable to cancell without cancelling chg card account!

I needed some information concerning a kitten with a health issue and found their online service. My question was answered in a timely manner and I agreed to the 15.00 charge to my credit card.

The answer was cheaper than going to a vet so I was pleased, followed the advice I had gotten from them and thought that was the end of it except there would be the charge on my next card statement.

I have now had the $15.00 charge on my last 3 statements! I tried to contact JustAnswer via their website but was just sent in circles.

I have now resorted to writing my card carrier to request they not make any more payments to JustAnswer as I have not approved the transactions and have not used their services except for one (1) time.

I am hoping my card carrier will be able to rectify the problem or I will have to cancel my card as well. I am glad to have found others that have experienced the same problem and hope the company is SHUT DOWN soon!!
