Credit card charged, but service not provided

Electronics and household app.

Asked a question concerning electronic problem. Recieved answer that had nothing to do with question. Stated this in my reply and asked that question be re-read by so called expert.

Hours later I recieved another reply that was equally unsatisfactory. Had to retype entire question again. Adding my dissatifaction with second answer,
and asked for another expert to get involved. Never got another response and my credit card was charged for amount you initially state you are willing to pay.

According to JustAnswer's guidelines, card will not be debited until you are satisfied with answer and hit accept button. Will now be paying interest on amount charged. Sent E-mail to customer service concerning this matter.

They said card was charged because, quote'The question closed to the Expert because it ran out of time'. It ran out of time because I never got a reply!!! I believe this is a form of fraud and misleading information on Justanswer's part.

Am furious and want nothing to do with this site. Stuck with the charge. I am writing to them, reitirating problem and that I filed this report.
