I asked a plumbing question a few months ago. Charged $37.00 on September 12, October 11, and again on November 10.
I had asked another question around September and never put an amount to pay. Money is still coming off my credit card. Eventhough I used JustAnswer 2 times and never paid second time there should only be 2 charges to my credit card.
