I've named their "customer support" point an overall total of 6 occasions within the last week when it comes to a blu ray person I obtained that does not actually perform the films. I understand what Iam performing, I understand how to function the equipment and plug it in. Iam no idiot savant or 80-year old-new to DVDs or blurays. Firmware update? Oh. Fails.
