Bad customer service

I've been a person for nearly annually today and that I am really disappointed due to the poor customer support I've obtained out of this organization i named directly into create a criticism plus they had no quantity for me personally or perhaps a tackle and so I went online and got the organization info. The brokers I spoke to left me about the telephone for nearly a time. They don't worry about the customers or what we've to express I believe they have to obtain a greater customer support program for all of US clients! I had been calling due to the poor support I had been having with my telephone no support no party and overdue communications actually overdue just like a time overdue and dropped calls! I'm likely to stop my support and return to cingular!
