Verizon Wireless hast he worse customer support departmenet possible. Most brokers don't understand what they're performing and provide you miss-information. I shifted and offered the broker my tackle but she did not place all the info and so I never received a statement. Weeks later I discovered this info was documented towards the credit agency.
