They replace with poor customer support by bad telephone support and complete mess. I got a fundamental Casio set for a battery and fourteen days later it's dropping period; the fingers really quit for some moments to some moment then begin again. Required it back and man (child) there explained they dismissed the lady that transformed my battery since she was so poor. (this is actually the first three following individuals dismissed simply because they were poor with each following return). He explained she possibly handled the resistor or some such inside, which he claims is simple to complete, also it must be reset. He explained they'd deliver to correct centre in UT. 6 months later I acquired it back and 14 days next same thing occurred. Fast-forward 14 weeks which is in UT (I believe) for that 4th period. They've had it for 9 months today and that I can only just encourage them to verify they obtained it 5 months after I slipped it at kiosk in mall. Wont tell me the things they are performing, where it's right this moment, or if it's actually being fixed. "Customer Support" is just a laugh. I'm informed Mark is responsible for this situation, and also have quit 3 style emails for him more than 3 months without any return phone. Evidently they've delivered to Casio all of last three times and stated it had been guarantee to stay them with repairs. Try to look for a corporate workplace or telephone number for them... Should you choose, please let me understand. John Fragga is VP of customer support (should be a simple work), however, you can't-get ahold of him by telephone or mail.
