Repeated unauthorized charges

About 6 months before, my boy and child-in law found they'd unauthorized PPV costs (adult films) on the declaration. This had occurred many months in AROW and were not observed since the bill was obtained and compensated electronically (training learned — check always your declaration/costs). Anyhow, they named MEAL customer support and informed them-they did not buy the films and was informed they needed created the acquisitions. Our dau-in law informed them again and again the costs were on times/occasions they were not actually house and on a single event they were actually outoftown! After going right through many customer support representatives as well as their administrators they ultimately decided to eliminate "some" of the costs but wouldn't provide them credit for several of these. MEAL repetitions recommended my dau-in law to setup a signal which means this couldn't occur again. Ever since then, my dau-in law has put up a signal to ensure that ANY PPV film bought would need to possess the signal entered. Well, today another PPV cost has appeared on her behalf statement AND HE OR SHE may be the just one that understands the signal; actually my boy does not understand it! Therefore, she named them again, detailing what occurred, plus they informed her that since she'd set up the signal she "decided to not challenge any costs". WHAT??!! Obviously she was really annoyed. She spoke towards the repetitions boss and main point here is they ostensibly named my dau-in law a liar.

Anything should be completed about all the unauthorized fees which are showing on clients' claims. This really is incorrect! So when you contact to protest and/or attempt to get anything straightened out-you are handled terribly; nobody deserves to become handled this way... Especially once they are buying providers in the organization. Whatever happened to "customer support"?
