Our Net10 Move telephone had 1400 moments by Thanksgiving Evening. About the evening after Christmas, I tuned it on and discovered the moments was reset to 0 moments and also the deadline was reset to 00/00/01 and that I wasn't ready to create any calls because of the 0 moment. I named the client point at 1-877-836 2368 and that I was about the telephone for atleast 40-50 minutes speaking with the specialized representative who'd an extremely large feature also it was therefore annoying once we hardly understand one another and needed to replicate issues repeatedly again. She'd me enter a number of rules and that I could get 900 moments back as the stability prior to the reset was 1400. Following the repetition contacted using the boss, Net10 decided to deliver me a brand new telephone and that I will need to contact the client point to trigger the telephone and ideally to obtain the moments back. I obtained the brand new telephone 3 nights later and discovered the brand new telephone is just a significantly worse telephone compared to one I've. And so I choose to maintain my telephone using the lack of 500 units. The client support was horrible and I've no bravery to call-back and so Iam by using this route to protest. I really hope net-10 may enhance their support and also the event that occurred in my experience (moments was relaxation to zero) WOn't happen again.
