For 5 months my phone bill is totally screwed up and I have to call, this is the worst bill w/oovercharge 300.00. They can't get it fixed. So, where do I go from here?

For the past 5 months AT&T has sent me an incorrect bill of mega over charges. Every month I call them for a correction. You should see this bill it is unbelievable the corrections then the overcharges put back on my bill. They promised last month they had corrected the problem. I am a senior and I am at my wits end on what to do next. I have Complete Choice Enhanced Home service Phone and Internet. Last month I was billed 396.21 they made a 292.74 correction. This month they have charged me 330.07 and a past due charge of 8.21. I have been going through this for 5 months. I have no clue where to go from here. Help!!!
