For the past 4 months since I upgraded my ATT phone to the new GSM service and added a new phone using there promotion which is a standard 59.99 per month an addition $10.00 for a shared phone.
I would assume that this would total $69.99 per month taxes.
This was all to be added and billed on one (1) invoice per month.

Since the phone was purchased in May I have received in been receiving 3 bills ($195.) one for the old phone (which I do not have anymore) and 2 for the 2 new phones which were to be billed on one invoice on one invoice. After spending a good 45 minutes on the phone with the ATT I was assured that the problem would be corrected in the next months billing. The bill was adjusted for the correct amount.

July I received 2 bills for $110.61 Once again this is a far cry from the initial 69.99 per month tax. After spending at least 40 minutes on the phone with the ATT I was assured that the problem would be corrected in the next months billing. The bill was adjusted for the correct amount.

August I received a bill for $114.00 initial 69.99 per month tax. After spending a good 30 minutes on the phone with the ATT I was assured that the problem would be corrected in the next months billing. The bill was adjusted for the correct amount.

Sept I received a bill for $105.00 initial 69.99 per month tax. It appears that they did not apply the adjustment to the bill of $20.00 from the previous month. Which I will probably spend another part of an hour waiting and explaining the problem again.

In addition to the billing errors many of the additional item charges were for items that I did not want and they had on the bill were for AT&T text messaging, MMODE/Data serevice which is very cumbersome on a cell phone, unfortunatly it can be activated very easily in your poket by pressing a key by accident.

If there is a way to get out of thei service I would swithc to another Cellular phone company.

Getting Very tired of ATT poor service. I would venture to say that not every one complains about there ATT bill, and just pays it because of the time consuming agravating, pain that they go thorough to get the correct bill. DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT, OR IT WILL GET WORSE.

Since I thought that ATT Wireless was separate from AAT Callvantage I thought I would try their service. I guess I was wrong the first months bill from them was 5 times the amount they said it was to be. Now I have to call them.: (
