AT&T has the worst customer service in history. I've been with them since the middle of March and so far only 1 or 2 bills have been right. I was told I would get u-verse for $66 a month for 12 months and internet for $19.95 for 12 months. They charge me $38 for internet and the last bill I got said that the promotional will expire on 9/16 and I have been charged $91 for u-verse. I have called several times and e-mailed Damon several times and I'm told it will be fixed on the next bill. Only to receive the latest bill it is higher than last month. I've again tried to e-mail Damon twice and have heard nothing back. The bill is due on the 20th and I guess I'll have to overpay again. So far I figure I've overpaid them about $79.

Wonder if I deduct that from the bill would they charge me a past due fee? Probably!!! I've talked to several people that have had nothing but problems with AT&T. Also. You would think a company as large as they are would have better customer service than they do. I guess I'll have to go back to Cablevision. At least they could get the billing right.
