We bought over $1000 of items at Ikea in Brooklyn and required shipping with construction in Brooklyn. After being informed that shipping and construction could be with two distinct teams over EIGHT hours, we chose to keep these things transfer the shipping to a different time. Within 30 MOMENTS, we called back again to request the shipping to stay because it endured, and were informed, not a problem, the shipping could be there. Therefore we waited and waited and waited and waited... Plus they never arrived. Whenever we named to discover that which was happening, we were informed the shipping was terminated, which we'd need to spend another $80 to reschedule. After talking to the ghetto and unhelpful Metropolitan Show (who accepted problem given that they never moved the demand towards the mail), and talking to unhelpful IKEA customer support for over ONE-HOUR, was informed when we needed our furniture we'd need to spend another $80 AND delay all day long long again.

Undesirable. The furniture is not all that inexpensive when you have to make use of individual time for you to delay all freaking day-long for furniture that never comes. Spend the additional cash for actual furniture and make use of a actual shipping organization.
