Poor everything

I'll NEVER purchase out of this organization again! Such bad customer support. Our room collection was back-requested plus they did not actually contact to inform me. After I named to request when it'd be shipped, they explained that it'd be another a month!!! After I confronted to stop the purchase, somehow they discovered the furniture and sent it four days later. And on shipping day, we informed them we'd not be house throughout the day, they informed us there is nothing they might do since the computer-made the shipping times. After I questioned why they mightnot get into their pc and alter the shipping time for you to the late morning... They declined. Never again!
