I requested over $1000 in furniture from Jeromes at the start of January. I had been informed this one of the things I requested wasn't in-stock and could be accessible sometime in March. I taken care of all the furniture entirely through Jeromes funding with GE Cash.

I had been approached with a consultant at Jeromes on March 31st who advised me the product (turning seat) eventually appeared. I planned shipping for that following day, April 1st. I obtained a phone at 8am on April 1st allowing me realize that the shipping screen could be between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. I waited at my house all day long. At 6:55 pm, I approached the shipping division to obtain an eta - because the driver hadn't yet proven as much as provide them. I had been informed the driver was working late and might provide the furniture by 8:30 pm in the newest. At 8:45 pm the driver quit me a note showing that his prior client declined shipping on the products which he'd need to look after their problem - but he'd have the ability to create the shipping within 1/2 one hour. At 10:00 pm, the driver nevertheless hasn't found up and so I approached the shipping division at Jeromes and talked with Anita.

I described the delivery problem to Anita - and he or she seemed like she did not actually treatment and explained that I had been the main one who decided to watch for the shipping. I requested to talk to a boss and was informed that there is no boss available. She approached the driver and stated that he'd be-at my devote 20 minutes. At 10:45 pm, I called back and talked with Anita again. I informed her the driver nevertheless didn't appear. I informed her that I had been disappointed using the support. She was rude.in those days, I required to stop my purchase but required to talk to a person support representative or boss first. I had been informed that somebody might contact me 24 hours later.

No body called me 24 hours later. I named the next evening (nowadays) and was informed the termination had been subjected to which I'dnot actually get a reimbursement until thirty days or even more. I requested the repetition easily might keep in touch with a boss or supervisor and was informed that the boss or supervisor wasn't accessible - but she agreed to move me towards the revenue office. Our phone was moved however disconnected. I named the revenue division back - and my named was disconnected again

I'm extremely disappointed using the support at Jeromes. They don't appear to worry about their clients.
