Reconsider before purchasing something through Costco.com!

I requested a room collection online at Costco.com on 11 Aug 06. The web site guaranteed 4-6 months for shipping. Our charge card was billed on 11 August for $3,727.48. I obtained a contact on 24-Aug 06 declaring that my furniture was delivered on 23-Aug July but I can't examine the position of shipping. Subsequently six months transferred without reading something about my furniture. I named Costco.com and was informed that Costco.com needed to seek advice from the shipping organization simply because they can't check the standing of shipping themselves. After two more telephone calls to Costco.com customer support and two telephone calls using the delivery organization I then found out that my furniture must be fixed before shipping. Used to do not spend a complete cost to purchase fixed furniture and so I terminated the purchase.

I had been informed that it'll get 7-10 times to before I obtain my reimbursement. Waited 10 times but didn't get a refund and didn't obtain any telephone call from Costco.com for that standing of my reimbursement. I named Costco.com again and was informed that it required seven days in order for them to get an agreement in the shipping organization so that they require another week before I will get my cash back. Yet another week passed without my cash and any update from Costco.com. I called again on the Friday and was informed they never obtained an agreement in the shipping organization and also the reimbursement area wasn't available that day-but he'll deliver them a contact seeking to facilitate my state. I delivered them a contact seeking an instantaneous return of my cash and my purpose to document a formal complaint. The weekend passed but nonetheless no telephone call or reimbursement received next Friday. I called again on Tuesday. I had been informed the reimbursement section wasn't in Mon possibly however they may deliver another mail towards the reimbursement area. I expected to get a boss and was informed that the boss will-call me back. I did so get a call-back from the boss that evening (Wednesday) and he or she explained that she'll advance this case and certainly will provide me a call-back the moment it gets solved. No further telephone calls that evening. No telephone calls on Thursday both.

Today it’s Thursday 26 Oct 06. I’ve been without my cash ($3,727.48) to get a morning lacking 11 months, never obtained my furniture, and near to no customer support from Costco.com.

What I learned out of this encounter:

INCH) Never again purchase furniture through Costco.com.

2) Costco.com doesn't follow-through using their guarantee or do they, like a business, treatment how personally I think or what I claim.

3) reconsider before purchasing something through Costco.com and contemplate just how long I will stay without my money and nothing in substitution for my income.

I'm unsure when, when, Costco.com will return my cash and that I have to discover a way to obtain my money faster. I still require bedroom accessories but I don’t have my money anymore.
