On 12/09 Buy A wide range of "Office At Home" furniture from office website, that was to become shipped on 12/11. On 12/11, the shipping was shorted by 1 main item. Customer Support Mgr. Explained to attend around until 8:00 P.M. As well as the item could be shipped nevertheless that evening. No shipping. Named back plus they advised me the "Shipping Organization" might contact me to reschedule. Following day, No Shipping. 5 days later customer support calls to "Stop" the order and explained to return towards the shop and re order. Formerly settled "Money". Was informed that I'd get a Reimbursement Check and not did. Today am informed that I "SHOULD" delay 6-8 months to get a return. Claimed to BBB.
