Took off from work to wait for furniture that never arrived

I bought two beds, taken care of shipping, and was informed they'd be shipped today. I became popular from function to get the shipping. The beds never came. I created many calls towards the shop during the day and was informed they'd be shipped. At 8:00pm without any shipping I named the shop once more. Nadine explained that my shipping wasn't actually sent; all she might do was plan another shipping day. I requested to talk to a who stated it had been peculiar that used to do not get a telephone call.
