Total incompetence

The shipping included components lacking twice and also the construction people did not appear with planned deliveries. The organization did not care and stated it had been Ikea's problem. Ikea mentioned it had been Metropolitan Conveys problem. This is actually the total worst support along with a total rip-off. I'd never purchase furniture from Ikea again and not have Metropolitan Express provide.
