Don't buy from sears if you want satisfaction

We went to sears to purchase a washer and dryer the one we picked out and paid for was not in stock but we were old it would be at the store on the following friday that would be leaving me without a washer for a week but i really wanted the set i picked out so i asked the saleslady if she was sure it would be there on friday and she stated to me yes i can promise you it will be here, went to the store friday to pickup units, not there, so i told the lady i had to have a washer, she showed us a set in the back room that had been floor models, had some scratches on dents on both, she said she could take a little off the price because of that so we decided to purchase them, we also asked if there was anything wrong with either would they replace them and we were told yes, we immediately started having trouble with the washer, so we called sears, my husband has taken off work 5 times trying to get this washer fixed the last time the repair guy told us to take his ticket in the store and they would just replace washer, took ticket to store they said they would have to order a new one but we had to bring the old one back first, took it up there then they came up with we had to pay another $178.00 to get a new one, we have talked to manager, sears customer service with no satisfaction, now i know why this store has very few cars in parking lot these days i will never buy anything from these people ever again and everybody i see i will tell them what they have done, i have never felt so ripped off in my life where is the customer satisfaction at, not at sears in greenville nc
