LaptopRescue.com claimed waiting on UPS claim, then on bench for over 2 weeks to install OS

Shops, Products, Services

My first problem was when they said an HP had a bad motherboard and ended up keeping over $100 worth of brand new cpu, memory and hardrives, along with never used OS
The latest they said an enclosed hardrive sent to upgrade from 160 gig raid5 to 500 gig raid1 was damaged and UPS claim was filed.

I reminded them they were into me for a laptop and over $1000 in parts and they said they would expidite the hardrive replacement inlieu of previous ripoff.
For over two weeks the report said my laptop was in service. Service remaining was install new hardrive and re-install Vista, and set up raid.

Then three weeks.
Nick (who was tech on my computer) blew smoke saying one of the drives had a bad segment and would not raid.
I asked for the return of the computer without raid insta...

Tonight I find they sent back the bad 500 gig drive, and an emty hardrive bay in the computer.
I guess they not only intend to rip me again, which is obvious, but when UPS finally fills the claim they placed they get both me and UPS for a hardrive.

They did remember to bill me even though thye blew smoke at me from the end of May until MondAY This week.
Received machine back 7 August. They had it nearly two months. I think they expected I would let them keep a $3200 Sager also.
