Washer died after warranty and was reportedly refurbished at delivery

Purchase a washer and dryer from sear December. 2 months after the warranty expires my washer dies. After being bounced around from the sales people to customer service right up the corporate ladder i find out the make and model i purchase was discontinued the same month of my purchase. Sears was aware of the issue with the computer element and replaced the elements in the washer while still in the warehouse prior to deliver. The old bait and switch as per their customer service rep in other words i paid for a new washer and was delivered a refurbished washer. The only way sears was willing to look @ my washer was for me to shell out another 214.99 for a tech to come out. So now i am over $800.00 into a washer that has been refurbished. The least they could have done would have been return the washer knowing that it had computer issues.
