Unsatisfying experience

I recently delivered a set of sneakers to FootSmart, inside the permitted 60-day period of time for results. I'd attempted the sneakers on three times, sporting them for 5-10 minutes every time and just in the home. After I stuffed them as much as reunite them to FootSmart, I ensured to incorporate all the initial packaging and merchandise supplies. The sneakers were delivered in my experience, having not fulfilled "a number of of our necessary FootSmart 60-Day Easy Earnings and Trades guidelines." The point "Footwear items not in original unworn problems" was examined. I named nowadays to talk to Customer Support and was used in a boss (Dean), who assured me the return was examined by several individual. But he couldn't inform me that which was wrong using the item I delivered. The delivered sneakers weren't scuffed, these were not filthy, these were not broken... Plus they were full of all the unique supplies. Yes, I did so try them on. But I've no concept of that which was decided to become wrong using the sneakers I delivered, or might Dean supply these details. He might simply restate that several individual had looked over the sneakers to find out they weren't within the original unworn condition. It was an entirely unsatisfying experience. I'll never buy something from FootSmart again, and that I may walk out my method to provide them with poor advertising and evaluations.
