False warehouse claims

I requested two-pair of sneakers for my mom, a cancer patient. One set match, another did not. Without actually sporting the sneakers exterior, she cautiously covered the set she desired to trade in its unique presentation and delivered it back at her very own cost as directed within their results/trade plan. Months later, she was educated the factory wouldn't take the sneakers for trade/return simply because they seemed to be used. She never had the opportunity to put them on exterior, and based on what she explained, had them on for under 3 minutes since the sneakers didn't match her. The organization basically got my cash, named her a liar, and it has today packed her with crap. I do not reccommend this organization to anybody anymore, and Iam surprised and dissatisfied they did this: I've invested countless bucks purchasing from their store, and aggrivating an aged, ill individual for the reason that method is unconscienable.
