I bought a little cheap product (heel cups) from footsmart and obtained it on April 30th. It wasn't the best dimension and needed to return it on May 1st for an exchange. I'd to pay for $6.99 added for that trade company. I named footsmart to discover the standing of my purchase. They stated it's because of get to their factory on May 19th. This really is incredible
