Horrible customer service/communication

I bought a set of sneakers online to get a wedding plus they didn't match. I named the organization to obtain a shop area to come back/trade them, but there have been no nearby shops and that I did not wish to generate out-of my method to create the return and so I delivered them back at my own personal cost. I had been outoftown a great deal within the 2 weeks I'd the sneakers. I had been 2 away from return policy after I shipped them back. Used to donot notice this till after I delivered the sneakers back. Only a little over per month after I delivered the sneakers, they returned in my experience within the email. The only real communication was a featured point stating the return policy was 60 times. I've since named numerous occasions to switch them to get a diverse set, but everybody I Have spoken to claims that I - can not trade them both. I am aware I had been a couple of days late in my own return, but I actually donot need my cash back. I merely wish to trade my unworn shoes and am informed no by everybody I speak with. I demand on talking with a supervisor every time I contact and am informed somebody can get touching me in a couple of days each time, but I never obtain a call-back. I have delivered atleast 4 emails and created significantly more than that quantity of calls with no one appears to treatment I've a set of sneakers I - can not use.incredible "customer support". It is like pulling teeth and that I've gotten no-where. Don't purchase out of this organization.
