Reupped contract with att, they sent a defective phone, promised to replace it, and then I could send other phone back, this was within the 30 days allowed to return phone, and not be on contract. Well, they never follwed thru, now my 30 days have expired, and I have to pay the 175 bux cancel fee... Cause they lied!
Ane every single email or phone call I have made, every rep says something different. Who runs this crap, anyway
