Dish network is still up to the not disclosing information or altering information to customers. I have had no less than a dozen Dish employees tell me my contract had ended and then when I go to cancel it the department that handles cancellations tells me I will be charged for terminating my contract early and their equipment has damaged my TV and they refuse to provide the equipment that would work with my TV without damaging it unless I buy it for 500.00. They keep sending the same type of receiver and it has continued to mess up the big screen TV my dad bought just before he passed and I can't replace it even with a smaller TV because of being on Disability but they refuse to provide the equipment that will not damage the TV without charging me the same price as a repair bill for the TV and then I will still be in the same situation. It will continue to mess up my TV. So basically they want me to pay them 90.00 a month for 12 more months and destroy a 3500.00 TV I can't replace or pay them 180.00 in early termination fees plus for equipment because they can't send return boxes unless I pay for another month of service I can't watch because they won't fix the problem. My agreement was to have a set price for the length of my contract yet the price has been going up for past 4 month and that is when they started telling me my contract had ended. It wasn't until today when I went to cancel the service they told me my contract hadn't ended.
