Charged $257 for 4 calls!

Recently joined the fios freedom essentials bundle (pphone internet), and first bill i got. They charged me $257 for 4 calls to hong kong! Even worse, they had disconnected my service with my original international call provider w/o telling me, so i was charged the "going" rate.

The sales i signed up with told me specifically joining the bundle would not affect my international calls, but. Well, it has!!!
I'm writing to verizon annapolis src as directed by the call center after i was rudely treated on the phone to file a dispute.

I am so mad!!
