Verizon Corporation Misrepresentation by Fios o Bundle upgrade

In July I signed up for internet and ohine service double bundle with Verizon. I received an offer to upgrade my fios from the double bundle to a triple bundle for a two year contract at $99.99 a month.instead I was put in a month to month contract with out my knowledge or permission and then charged a $255 early termination fee. I didn't terminate anything, I added services based on Their written offer. I have the services and wanted a two year committment.

I have been a verizon customer for 35 plus years (including GTE). I have spent over 5 hours on the phone getting the run around saying it was my fault. I have a copy of the offer and the confirmation email. I can provide you copies. This is blatant bait and switch fraud. The did not give me what I ordered and are now charging me an extra $255 fee. - OR, I can sign up at their "new" triple bundle rate which would be 25.99 a month higher or $611.88 over the next two years. I am sure I am not the only one Verizon has baited and defrauded.
