Sears Die Hard Portable Power 1150
Product does not work & Sears refuses to do anything about it!

I purchased all these product and also have never used it. It's a lightweight energy supply (charger) that will be to be stored in a 'billed condition' to become utilized in case of crisis. The thing is the unit doesn't hold a cost, therefore making it a$100.00 door-stop. I've looked at Sears for many years and usually purchased using the assurance they might uphold their goods. After I delivered them I had been informed the 1year was up, and unceremoniously shown the doorway. It moves without stating that I'm livid. Could you please enable me discover some only quality for this issue? Thanks.
