Horrible customer support. Bought a bit of baggage. Billed same-day but obtained in regards to a week later. Did not utilize it for around 3 months since I had beennot traveling nevertheless when I did journey I recognized the baggage was horrible built and/or faulty. The wheels create the whole moving system ineffective. Named Altman however they explained I had been away from one month return policy plus they declined to complete something — fix, substitute, or reimbursement. Rude and unhelpful. Explained to contact the maker, however it can there be obligation to market items that aren't faulty.
