Rebates and Warranties

I purchased a snow blower from sears 2 years ago and at the time I was told that if I purchased the one for $1000.00 I would get a rebate. It has been 2 years and I still have not got that rebate. Now just last month the snowblower broke and it was taken in for repairs and we got it back after 3 weeks and it worked for 1 day and had to go back in the shop for the same repair again and it has been there for another 3 weeks. I will never purchase another product from sears. I also purchased a stove from sears and it worked fine for about six months and then it starting making a beeping noise and flashing f10 on the on the screen on the stove, but when we talked to sears they say they don't know what that means, so I checked in the manual that came with the stove and it said it was the heat censor. I told sears what I found out but they said they never heard of a heat censor. I am so disappointed in sears that I cut up my credit card and will never purchase anything else from that store nor K-Mart.
