The Sears service is agreement only agreeable to Sears

My refrigerator, purchased new at Sears 3 years ago is rusting badly. I have a service contract which I have faithfully maintained but according to Sears, rust is natural, unpreventable and there is nothing that can be done about it!

That's just crazy. They're trying to tell me that a rusting refrigerator door is OK... WHAT? I have had refrigerators for 20 years that never had a it of rust and Sears says, "Live with it".
That is the last appliance I will ever purchase from those Bozos.
