Was informed by listing purchase department. 866-349-4358 if product not right try any Sears store for credit. Waterford, CT shop declined to consider product: fire door/display back. I'd like a complete credit of $399.27 as well as the price of returning product back again to bjis for $37.20. Sears purchased them from BJs who consequently purchased from Shopzeus.

I've created and talked to Sears headquarters in Hoffman Estates, Illinois and they'll not do anything-but matter me a credit of only $308.78 to my Sears card. This amount in not acceptable.

I'd like the $399.27 as well as the return shipment expenses of $37.20.
