Ripoff false promises

My husband purchased a citizen watch at a Zales store while we were on vacation and was told that we can have the battery replace for the lifetime of the watch, and we also can go to any zales to have it replaced. The first time the battery went dead I went to a Zales store in Canton and they were out of the batteries so they had me go into the mall and purchase one from another store, brought the receipt back and they gave me my money for the purchase. No questions asked.

Two years later I went to Belden Mall in Canton to replace the battery and they told me they were out of those batteries but have a order placed, I asked when will the order be in, they couldn't give me a approx date, as it was I made the trip of 30 miles from my home in Dalton and returned home without one.

So the next day my husband traveled another 30 miles to the Zales at Canton Center and was told the same thing no batteries. I was told at Belden Mall that they could sent it out to have one put in but they wanted me to go to Radio Shack to purchase the battery.

I did not want my watch sent out as it is a very expensive watch. They sure didn't want to serve their customers very well and I refuse to purchase another item in their store.
