Refuse reimbursement for defective furniture

I received a defective, not damaged, but manufacturer defective bed in June. Per FurnitureXO's "Defective, Return, Damage Policy" I contacted the company to report the issue. I was told they would issue an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and they would have the defective bed picked up.in the meantime, they sent a replacement. The replacement arrived and I refused it because the same defects were present. I contacted the company again regarding the second defective bed and again I was told they would issue an RMA, call tag and refund. As of today they have not done anything. I was in full compliance with their policy, but they refuse to do anything. They claim because I signed the first bill of lading that I took responsibility for the bed. However, according to their policy I have 14 days to make any claims. As of today, I am out $800.00 plus the cost of the initial shipping.
