I phoned regarding the defective product and was told to send back for replacement and I would be credited $6.00 for the return shipping. Why should I pay shipping for a defective product sent t I DIDN'T SEND MYSELF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!

I phoned regarding the defective product and was told to send back for replacement and I would be credited $6.00 for the return shipping. Why should I pay shipping for a defective product sent to me? I paid 21.99 shipping and return shipping was $10.45. I received a voice mail the following day and was told I would be credited the 21.99 and only $6.00 towards returning their defective product. I have since been credited the purchase price of the product, $99.00) but NO SHIPPING CREDIT. I also have not received a replacement skirt. P.S. I have e-mailed several times regarding this after the voice mail with NO, absolutely, NO response. I would like a replacement. I would like a refund on ALL SHIPPING CHARGES. The refund they promised me was unfair, however if they would have followed through, I would not be complaining now. They haven't credited me with ANY shipping charges. I didn't send myself the defective product!
