Demarco, You sent 1 certified lettter and You have received rent from me 2900
rent from me at closing I was told that I would be compensated for that escalation in rent.

There was a lie told that six months of escrow would be set aside for hardships, yet this never panned out.

YEs it says Sadee but thank God, there is that person from Bridgeton who is Sadeee 2, and He or she seems to having the same problem.

In fact it seems your employees brag about how they lie to people about their cash outs.

Demarco you come along like a knight in shining armor, with youu promise of credit repair, a cash out and escrow. It never happens.

You give a cash out, that does not even equal a year of the rent and you charge 2900 a month rent. 20,000 does not even cover the rent for a year and the escrow that Eric said was available for problems is a big lie.

Letters with late fees of 2800 get mailed by another former employee of yours Vicky;and I receive a letter that I was late In feb after I just mailed you 2900!!!

I have all my cancelled checks stamped and paid*I am so glad I paid with a check even though Demarco ddoes not accept checks.

Last but not leat I hope more people like the person from Bridgeton speak up.
This type of transaction could be very succesful if a reasonable rent were to be charged, a decent cash out from the sale of the home.
No rip off reports would be written and you really could be a home owner again.

Instead you pay rent higher than your mortgage, also I lost my brother and paid for funeral expenses, I was suppose to be getting rescued, credit repaired not lied too and scammed and yes I am Sadee but there is another one out there and I am sure many more.

Do not try and make me look like dead beat I paid and was never given the opportunity to use the equity that was set aside.instaed I am in a horrible position now. It was not suppose to be this way
