Double charge They charge me the defective unit

I bought a unit of magic jack last May after a few months (2-3 months) the unit eventually gave up and it was defective. So I chat with customer service. They told me they will replace the unit, and as long as I return the defective unit, they will NOT charge me. So i did as instructed and return the defective part right away. After 30 days, I was surprised why they charge me again for a replacement unit. I communicated with their customer service thru their website www.magicjack.com thru chat and told them about the scenario but all they can say is that its a COMPANY POLICY.

How can it be a company policy when they got my defective part and then they charge me again for the replacement unit.

Can somebody out there help me to contact Daniel Borislow about my case???
