Sent defective merchandise, refused to accept responsibility Ripoff

KaraokeStar.com received authorization to remove money from my checking account in return for goods sold. However, when these goods arrived in the mail, they were defective.

KaraokeStar was contacted, a return authorization was obtained, and I sent the defective items back for an even exchange. They sent out the new discs which were in acceptable condition and instructed me to send the defective discs back.

Using the same envelope, I sent the defective discs back. They then sent the defective discs back to me and charged my checking account again for the replacement discs on the grounds that: 1) the discs were used, which they weren't, 2) improperly mailed, which is only admitting they improperly mailed them, for I used the same padded envelope they used to send me the replacement discs, and 3) well past the 15 day return policy, which it wasn't.
