Charles Reeves of All Stain of Austin does not honor his 3 yr. Warranty!

All stain of Austin Ripped me off!

They stained my deck and came back 3 days later to check on the job, at that time they found spots that needed to be touched up, so they touched it up with the wrong color stain. The color that they touched it up with was about 2 or 3 shades darker that the origional. My deck was now striped. I called them back to see what they did. They then re-applied more stain to the deck on the surface only, not the sides. The stain took with a darker color. They sanded the stripes and re-stained, that stain took to a lighter color. Now my deck is 3 different colors with stripes.

I called the person that owns/co-owns the company, Charles Reeves and asked him to right his wrong and honor his 3 year Warranty. He said that he would send someone out to take a look at it, they never came and he stopped responding to our calls. He only responded to us by e-mail after I posted an add on Craigs List telling the world what he did.

He is not taking responsibility for his work and he is not honoring his 3 year written warranty. He is blowing us off in hopes that we will just let it slide.

All Stain of Austin was not our cheepest bid for the job, we choses him and his company because we thought we would get a quality job that would be worth the extra money.

Keep these things in mind if you choose to do buisness with him or his company.
