Ordered a dress, paid the extra money for rush shipping. Received the dress in the wrong color, not just a shade off, but the wrong color. The dress also has a stain on it. Contacted company and was told this happens to a lot of customers and to send them pictures to verify. Sent them pics of the dress color, stain and the color the dress is supposed to be. Have yet to hear back.
I was also charged more money than my invoice says and the company that charged my card is different the what was initially indicated.
