10 year stain warranty what a joke will not replace over 70 days of run around ripoff

I have been waiting over 70 days to get my mattress replaced under this warranty and still saying denied do to a report that mattress was dipping. Warranty states if they can not remove stain from mattress that they will replace it. This is suppose to be a 10 year stain and wear warranty but i think it is a scam.

My mattress has a dip in it which has nothing to do with the stain that wont come out. The mattress is only 13 months old and I have a 15 year manufacturers warranty on it that is void due to this stain safe mattress pad. They are terrible to deal with, you are on the phone forever and they always say 12-14 days for response.

I am stuck with a mattress that is very uncomfortable, it is like sleeping in a pot hole and cant utilize my manufacturers warranty due to this stainsafe warranty not doing what they are suppose to do in there contract. This stainsafe mattress pad was bought at the same time as my mattress and when I get a stain I am suppose to call stainsafe and they will come out and clean it. Well they came out to clean it but the stain did not come out like it is suppose to so they will replace it under there warranty.

Well they havent done anything and I am looking at taking a $ 800.00 loss due to this. I am going to contact American furniture and tell them that they should not sell a product that the company will not honor in the event of a problem like this. American furniture has tried helping me in this matter and still nothing.

I am going to call stainsafe again and fight with them but if there is any help out there I would love to get this resolved today 6/2/06
